Questions?Before you decide.
Anything else? Feel free to reach out to us.
How do we know where to start?+
If the direction is unclear, a Vision engagement creates a useful first step. If the change is already defined, a Project engagement may be the better fit. Extend and Dedicated models are designed for continuity or additional capacity. We can help you test that fit before deciding.
Can a smaller engagement lead to a larger project?+
Yes. Workshops are useful on their own, while also helping teams decide whether a larger brand, digital, or campaign engagement is warranted. The next phase is based on what the first phase makes clear, not assumed in advance.
Can we combine or sequence engagement models?+
The models are a way to frame the conversation, not rigid packages. A team might begin with Vision, move into a Project, and then use Extend or Dedicated support as the work becomes part of everyday operations.
What shapes the final scope, timeline, and investment?+
The decision to be made, the number of audiences or touchpoints, the complexity of the technology or content, the people available for collaboration, and the pace of approvals all affect the shape of an engagement. Each detail page includes a planning range to make that conversation more concrete.
What does working with CDA look like?+
We work alongside the people who understand the organization, making the decisions, trade-offs, and next steps visible as we go. The exact rhythm changes with the engagement, but the goal is always a result your team can understand, use, and carry forward.
