Founded on the values of Vietnamese family, Tô Gia is an emerging real estate developer with ambitions to shape modern Vietnam—while remaining deeply connected to its cultural roots. With a name that means both “family” and “foundation,” the brand bridges tradition and progress through every project it undertakes.
Collective Design Agency developed a bold, culturally inspired brand identity for Tô Gia, anchored in Hanoi’s historic architecture and traditional typographic gestures. The custom mark, derived from the diacritic in “Tô” and the silhouette of a home, expands into a modular visual system—featuring symbolic forms like "forward" and "connection." These elements form a dynamic, generative pattern that powers the broader identity system across brand applications.
