Overview
A pathway, redesigned
British University Vietnam is the first international university in Vietnam to award degrees directly from UK institutions, yet its website was not turning awareness into applications: 62% of the market knew BUV, only 16% shortlisted it. Before the first pixel, we listened. More than 20 interviews across 11 departments shaped a new information architecture, a modular design system and a CMS the team can run themselves. Every page now follows one rhythm: claim, proof, call to action.

Distill the information down to the essentials
The interviews and the old sitemap told the same story: too many entry points, no clear next step. We regrouped everything into five primary sections, plus dedicated hubs for students, international students, alumni and partners.
DIGITAL SOLUTION
Built for the phone in every hand
Every block was designed mobile-first, then scaled to desktop. Directories, career outcomes, events and partner pages share one modular system, built in code on a CMS so BUV’s team can publish without a developer.
