Tuấn-Anh's passion lies in strengthening the structures that support people, or, in other words, building Troy strong enough to keep any Trojan horse from getting in. Systems give him joy. But don't get him wrong: Tuấn-Anh is nowhere near the rigid type. As long as clarity and consistency are on the table, he is content. Flexibility, however, is non-negotiable. After all, what is the point of supporting people if a system cannot adapt to the very human nature of things: unpredictability?
