Kathy Nguyen

Previously working in banking, education consultancy, a tech startup specialising in CRM and ERP, and now Cōllective Design Agency, Kathy holds her belief that business development does not have to mean selling at all costs. Her experience has taken her across the full journey: from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation, to the finishing line of success.

Having worked with clients across industries, including Rem, FPT Polytechnic, Daeyoung Textile, and Foods of Europe, Kathy brings a relationship-first perspective to every project. Her work with Rememnoir, CDA’s first BIPOC client, was especially memorable for its enthusiastic feedback and mutual appreciation.

Outside of business, Yves has an avoidant relationship with conflicts, spiritually inclined, and easily drawn to anything with a strong personality. She once learned Spanish purely because the language sounded particularly compelling when people argued in <em>Money Heist</em>. Catch her talking business seriously, yet give her a few minutes, for there is always a chance the conversation will take a completely unhinged turn.
