With a background in Construction Management & Operations, Dzung brings a practical, people-first perspective to the work. He enjoys supporting people, connecting the moving parts, and creating a thoughtful working environment where teams can do their best work. He is particularly interested in culture — from building a positive and collaborative working culture to exploring how creativity, technology, and communication can help bring traditional culture into new and contemporary forms.
His experience includes working with clients such as Vietnam National Lung Hospital and the Vietnam Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05).
